      Pros

      Good working environment. Though one has to complete 9.5 hrs in office.

      Cons

      Average quality of employers are not so good. People working here for more than 4 yrs most of them are useless and have left with very little technical skills. Region biased decisions are very common. eg - Tamil manager will always favour and hire tamil candidates.

      Bad for Freshers (Except for few in SaaS and SAP).. No good projects

      Pros

      Good training opportunities Fresher's if lucky get to work on advanced domains in SAP, SaaS..etc Cheaper Cab facility :) (But Cabs suck in comfort obviously) Comparatively more European projects, may get lucky for UK.

      Cons

      Bad support projects, no innovation Poor salary, bad management and loosing customers. Very less onsite opportunities. Highly impossible to change from currently billed project.
