      Most friendly employees of a professional consultancy

      Pros

      Employees are not typical consultants. Very friendly, talented, fun and social people.The projects I worked for where always very interesting in Top Dax companies. I learned a LOT during my first years as a consultant.

      Cons

      Long working hours and always being far away from home makes it impossible for me to continue this job while having a family. But this is typical for consultancy and not Capgemini's fault.

      -decent pay -good benefits -good people at the junior levels

      Cons

      -lack of leadership -lack of vision and strategy -lack of career opportunities This place needs credible leadership with relevant experience that can produce results. They have talked about growth for the last 7 years, but have gone nowhere. Unless you're desperate, hold out for something else.
