      Many opportunities. Good morale and comeradery.

      Cons

      always changing corporate management in Paris. Not always sure of the longevity of roles and market focus.

      Pros

      Good knowledgeable people; collegial atmosphere. Good access to training and development for younger consultants. Office based culture is better than most consulting firms; work life balance is at least attempted.

      Cons

      Constant reorganizations and confusion of service offerings. Struggle with approach to N. American market......more of a European company. Actual consulting, vs. technical services, not that strong....pockets of very competent people but thin.
