      Nothing. I'm not sure how that company successfully staffs projects or makes money in North America

      Cons

      Very disorganized from a staffing and client account management perspective. There is no way to run a successful consulting company without executing these two thing well.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits, and matching 401(k). Quick hiring practices for contract assignments compared to being hired directly.

      Cons

      Likes to buy up other companies with luke warm reputations sometimes, and merges their staff with them. As a contractor there is no advancement. Whatever you are hired in as, is what they are going to keep you.

      Not that Great a Place!

      Pros

      1) Good salary if you are laterally hired. 2) No timing restrictions, good work life balance. 3) If you get in good project you are rewarded for your work.

      Cons

      1) Terrible place to start for freshers , long bench periods , not too many projects 2) Low compensation and hikes as well 3) Difficult to move up the career ladder.
