Pros
Entrepreneurial culture, possible to have a lot of freedom, some interesting projects & good people to work with.
Cons
Leadership doesn't really care about retention. Salaries are 10-20% below market at this point, means a lot of new hires are not necessarily top-caliber. Lots of staff aug, can be tough to navigate around depending on office, connections, etc. Every year, new talk about re-org, big changes to be made... but things stay the same. Promotions supposedly based on objective criteria, but not necessarily the case in practice.
