      - ability to learn about both advisory as well as implementation - management does genuinely care about employees - exceptionally bright and driven colleagues

      Cons

      - operates in silos; capability, practice, business unit, and geographical silos - client work can be demanding when engagements are oversold, meaning junior resources can be used to keep margin at an acceptable level - expectation of client excellence and significant internal contribution can be overwhelming
