      Pros

      I love working at Capgemini as I have come from Industry and this did not matter to Capgemini. What matters is my years of experience in industry, in my first six months I have worked with some amazing organisations. Learnt from the best consultants and have had the opportunity to travel abroad for training and at some point hopefully for a client project.

      Cons

      There are very few it is all about time management and maximising contacts. Unless in London this can be difficult, however not impossible.

      Good Ethics , Salary on Time, some good people.

      Cons

      Don't join LBS, otherwise you will be placed in client location. ALL the pros take nose dive when you join LBS.
