      Great team. Good performance review structure,

      Cons

      Hard to carve out a place for oneself amidst 1000s of employees. Managers tend to have their own preferred teams who have followed them from various past organizations. Hard to get them to provide an unbiased opinion on the rest.

      Pros

      People are interesting, intelligent and committed. Values are very strong and employees are from a variety of backgrounds, nationalities etc. Digital capabilities very strong with real focus on innovation. Overall compensation is good. Training is also good.

      Cons

      Projects are mixed (some interesting and some not so interesting) and do not always suit career ambitions. Expectations for internal work can be difficult to achieve alongside demanding project work.
