      Pros

      A real blend of consulting, very strong in CPR, Utilities and latterly FS. We can really leverage our other businesses e.g. our APPs, Managed Services, Digital and technology Great group of people, friendly and open place to work

      Cons

      We don't tell enough people in the market and potential candidates about what we do and how well we do it. Modesty is charming, but we should share more of our successes

      Having worked for Capgemini Consulting for 4 years I can honestly say it is a great place to work. There is ample support around the business from your peer network to the senior management team - everyone wants help each other to succeed. - Excellent career progression - twice yearly promotion cycle - Working with passionate & intelligent people - Opportunities to build new capabilities and sector knowledge - Great team spirit

      Cons

      Very London centric, whilst it is possible to live in the regions and work for Capgemini Consulting it can be tricky to link back to base.
