      Pros

      - Very good technically strong people - Good Projects to work on - Ample space for you to learn if you are very hungry for knowledge

      Cons

      - Hire and fire mode. The moment you lose a little steam in your work you will be flagged for review. - Too many senior managers ,directors and VPs . Not sure why you need so many of them. Its partly because of this they always put pressure on sending people off mostly to save their back. - A lot of politics do happen here.

      Pros

      You have free training in multiples areas, even some of them certified like scrum master.

      Cons

      Once you work for the customer, the only thing that matter is that you work and overwork. They put you in client office and you don’t know more about Altran. Forget about increase your salary, they say always the same, “we can’t this year, we will try hard for the next year”. Not a good company, there is a lack of good leadership and management for take teams to other level.
