Pros

Hard to think of any - its performing as a business but mainly by exploiting its staff. A large overhead of corporate functionaries creating work of no value

Cons

A total lack of strategic consistency - a leadership that doesn't understand the services they offer and a branding that misrepresents what they do means that Altran is oversold as an employer . It has no discernible values that determine the behaviour of its managers, an ethic inherited from its most senior managers. Despite its protestations, its a glorified staffing agency.

They have international projects that can range from very simple to very complex. There are projects from several business areas. You can ask to work on another Altran company in the world. Good work / private life balance.

Cons

HR department is more like recruiting department. Lack of people follow-up.
