- Pragmatic leadership that puts customer first in every initiative, innovation, development, delivery and commercial model (including open-source) - In a pivotal moment of moving up from a technology-focused platform to a business outcome-driven platform with value-based Go to Market Strategy - Next generation product with clear focus on low-code development skills for 'programmers and power users', cutting off from the 'citizen development' BS that is never proven successful - Broader diversity, equity and inclusion that respects and promotes global & remote cultures - Promotes work planning, documentation of everything and role clarity that provides work-life balance

Cons

Not a con but a suitability check - The new way of value-driven approach to GTM and on going change management that requires commitment to meticulous planning, documentation and execution can be overwhelming for people who are not accustomed to it. But it is the way the successful companies have scaled and successful employees that have built their career.

Camunda lives by its values which is great to experience and be part of. Everyone in the company is approachable and willing to help. Culture is very positive and things are looking bright at Camunda, so its certainly an exciting time to be here. Onboarding experience was 10/10 - was supported at each step of the Journey. Even though, Camunda is a fully remote company they do an amazing job at ensuring you create those early connections.
