      Pros

      The Founders have built a No Ego mentality since inception, that have carried down to individual contributors during the entire existence of the company. This is a breath of fresh air for all employees. Also, the company cares about the wellbeing of its workforce. And the compensation is in the top tiers of market pay of all positions. The transparency is also exceptional. Also the company is committed to DEI across all regions which is remarkable

      Cons

      Growing pain and constant direction changes year over year for the GTM strategy. Also the desire to grow very quickly. The Senior Leadership might be getting pressure from the Board. But I think we are doing a great job right now to maintain our customer centricity and conquer other markets. So the board should put less pressure and support us. Also, the company could do more in terms of hiring teammates from other races ( Asians, Hispanics, Blacks, etc..) all over the world. The Senior Leadership made an effort in that by hiring an Asian last year. But more people from other races should be hired in leadership positions and also as individual contributors

      Horrible culture !

      Pros

      Salary slightly above average, Remote work, home office perks.

      Cons

      - Company culture - Obsessed with DEI, more interested in your gender/pronouns than your skills. - Horrible ambiance in work and projects, never a smile or a laugh. - Overly complex infra of their platform and internal IT, no logic, overspending 100k of dollars a month on redundant tooling and no one wants to move, evolve or fix this.

      Pros

      Phenomenal Parental leave = 20 weeks Human, health & wellness centric environment and the overall benefits really show that. I feel safe to communication very directly and clearly and also get that type of communication from my manager.

      Cons

      This feedback is not just for leadership, if you are an individual contributor here, keep pushing to break linearity and don't reminisce the past too much, focus on where the business is at now, celebrate that success, consider the human factor and focus on sustainability and the future.
