Pros
Great benefits, nice office/location/atmosphere. Some of the best coworkers I have ever worked with.
Cons
A revolving door, and that's okay to management. Management would rather find new, cheaper people than keep qualified employees and pay them what they are worth. Mentality of 'everyone wants to work here' so someone else is always waiting to take your job/you can be replaced. The company likes going after glamorous projects, which tends to hurt them in downturns. The company's hands are tied when it comes to compensation ever since they were bought out.
