      Pros

      Terrific space to work amazing IT group,and exciting fun folks at most levels. Some amazing projects to work on

      Cons

      Work groups are very secular. Ability to utilize talent from other groups is non existent and bureacratic. VP Level is still annoyed with the buyout of Arcadis and it shows.

      Pros

      the best aspects are a sense of community, modern facilities, great location, mid-level management perks, and access to the city od Los Angeles.

      Cons

      downsides are job instability, the way upper management handles responsibilities, high turn-over rate, job dissatisfaction. We lose half the staff at my department within the 8 months I was there.
