Great exposure to variety of projects. Many available resources. Technical training and assistance ensures that all architects or designers have access and ability to use innovative tools.

Cons

First week at work was very unproductive. Not clear who was assigned as my mentor/supervisor. No feedback concerning work performance.

Pros

Great benefits, nice office/location/atmosphere. Some of the best coworkers I have ever worked with.

Cons

A revolving door, and that's okay to management. Management would rather find new, cheaper people than keep qualified employees and pay them what they are worth. Mentality of 'everyone wants to work here' so someone else is always waiting to take your job/you can be replaced. The company likes going after glamorous projects, which tends to hurt them in downturns. The company's hands are tied when it comes to compensation ever since they were bought out.

Pros

Generally exposed to good projects. Chance to travel. Close relationships with diverse group of individuals in and out of work. Nice office facilities. Chance for good promotions is often dependent on how well you have upper management's ear.

Cons

Lack of omunication and oversight by management. Projects go out the door often without proper quality control. Conversations between management and clients are often not relayed to those doing the work and therefore project are sometimes not informed and lack the depth of understanding necessary to make good projects.
