Great folks at the mid level and lots of learning expeiriences

Terrific space to work amazing IT group,and exciting fun folks at most levels. Some amazing projects to work on

Cons

Work groups are very secular. Ability to utilize talent from other groups is non existent and bureacratic. VP Level is still annoyed with the buyout of Arcadis and it shows.

the best aspects are a sense of community, modern facilities, great location, mid-level management perks, and access to the city od Los Angeles.

Cons

downsides are job instability, the way upper management handles responsibilities, high turn-over rate, job dissatisfaction. We lose half the staff at my department within the 8 months I was there.

Pros

Great View. Great coworkers (people in the trenches). You can learn a lot working there. Was a great place to work... at first.

Cons

Ever since they were bought, the company had constantly gone down hill. Increases were basically non-existent, even for great performers and people who had sacrificed much of their life for the success of the company. Benefits had been severely slashed. There were too many false promises. They started turning the life/ work balance into something absurd.
