- excellent work life balance - stock has been increasing - people are easy to work with - bonuses are good - makes up for the base salary

Cons

- cost cutting has made employees unmotivated to work - there aren't a lot of opportunities to work on exciting projects or to get promoted - mandatory shut downs twice a year - orgs are working in silos

good place to work, good people , good benefits salary bonus stocks , nice fitness center and several oracle products to work on.

Cons

No recognition or appreciation to individuals great work/performance- decision making and certain business communications are not transparent by your manager.

Competitive total compensation. Very flexible schedule. Good location.

Cons

Managers generally have poor management skills, focused on solving Engineering problems not managing people, process, team building, or facilitating. Product schedules / architectures poorly planned all emphasis on execution which often causes major issues for teams and leads to inefficient development. No emphasis / follow-thru on development plans. Lack of empowerment and transparency. Completely top-down management style.
