      + The most Collegues are good and nice. + Good Products but Quality is sometimes poor + Technical skill for fibre channel

      + a very bad team-lead + bad project leader + poor service delivery in case of the project managers and team lead. + pool SEM quality

      Top executives leaving in droves. What is going on?

      Pros

      Nice campus, gym and a good cafe. Seems very laid back. Competitive salaries.

      Cons

      Three VPs from Ops quit. Two VPs from Engg. quit. Long time Distinguished Engineer quit. Sr. Dr. Product Mgmt. quit. SE's leaving/moving out. Many and many engineers are leaving/quit. Rumors are that VDX (Ethernet Fabric) product line is canned or going to be canned after the last box release. There is no road-map for MLX after the recent security upgrade. Federal business has been a joke.
