      Pros

      Brocade is a good place to start a career in networking or storage area networking. It has good benefits also.

      Cons

      In Brocade, it is hard to change groups to carve out your own path towards career progress. You need to have really good contacts to get ahead of competition.

      Pros

      Good Opportunities if you want to learn. You just need to grab it. Employees are generally good and talented and thus is benificial for your own growth as you tend to learn from them.

      Cons

      Compensation not that good. Quick release cycles, Work/Life Balance...Politics at higher management but I guess that is everywhere so can't do much.
