      1. Work with ease and no pressure is built 2. Good salary with respective to amount of work 3. easy to adapt in company environment

      1. Some procedures are very slow, in terms of Administrtion level 2. No proper HR functionality 3. No good referral bonus

      Pros

      Company pays well. Decent product portfolio. Benefits are decent. RSU's negotiable. There are a lot of good people in the company with a solid vision.

      Cons

      Seems be a lot of legacy staff from a prior purchase that bring the company short of it's potential. Lot of travel as well as always on duty for even the smallest of problems.
