      - Highly competitive salaries - Good U.S. benefits - Corporate match

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic. Promotions and recognition is limited to those who are in their headquarters in San Jose. The company will suck the blood, sweat and tears out of you and does not give credit where credit is due. The only way to get promoted is if you know the "right" people. Senior leaders are fake and not trustworthy, especially HR.

      Pros

      Its MNC and big . U get good opportunities if you get good boss.

      Cons

      Everything about the atmosphere. Everybody blames leadership. Leaders don't listen ans continuously nag about you... Leave aside the work. Ofcourse they do have favorites and favorites have upper hand and are relieved.

      None - worthless experience. They don't follow through on commitments. I did however leave with $ in my pocket.

      Cons

      Bad management. Horrible Communications Strategy. Management spends all their time trying to cover their mistakes and the mistakes of their cronies!
