      Pros

      The company provides a good work life balance and good work environment for it's employees. Employees usually get a lot of freedom to implement their ideas and thoughts. Not too much workplace politics and engineers are usually busy with projects to work on

      Cons

      Lacks good top leadership. Some decisions don't make sense like acquiring the LTE assets and then shutting down the unit within 9 months of it's acquisition. Seems like the unit was just bought to jack-up the stock price after it took a plunge.

      higher managers perspective is bad

      Have lots of talented enginers. you can get rich experience during the daily work with thhose smart people

      compensation becomes not so excited as before comparing to hard working effort. higher managers dont have good sight of future tech. trend. the recent ending of cellular bb is a proof
