      Pros

      Leading position in most products Comes with new and advanced solutions for every product.

      Cons

      It’s not a company for people it is a fund to keep the share holders happy. Hire new inexperienced staff with no background of the role and fire experienced staff, rather than giving them opportunity to move to different role. If someone thinks, it is a big company and there will be lot of opportunity- Opportunity is a MYTH in this organization with present Managers & Management.

      Pros

      Very good pay and RSUs and pension.

      Cons

      They will fire you at any given time. "Everybody is replaceable." So if they fire you before 5 years, most of your benefits are gone too. You are worth nothing.
