There are no idiots here. Okay, there are a few but they are the rare exception. In general, there are a high caliper of coworkers. There is also an air of success around here. People feel like we build quality products that "win" in the marketplace. While they're not perfect, the senior management makes a genuine effort to look after the employees. Times when the employees have been short changed by circumstances, the senior management has done their best to compensate people for it.

Broadcom is up and coming and has a stong pull in many different fields therefore is better able to manage during a recession than many other companies.
