      Flexible working hours with flexible timeoff. Employee can elect what they like to do for career development. In-company cafeteria available

      Cons

      Constant long working hours, emlpoyer not treating employee well with well deserved compensation. top Management greedy making their own pocket fat. No technical training offered for engineers.
