Good pay. Left alone unless you need something. Majority of customers are lovely. Colleagues are wonderful.

Cons

Long hours. When we're short staffed we all end up doing alot more. Were expected to do alot of overtime without being asked.

Pros

Great Team members that care about the organization and you as a person. Benefits are good, potential to move positions within the company doesn’t seem to have a limit!

Cons

Communication is a struggle, however Brenntag is going through a lot of growing pains from Headquarters.
