This was my first real job out of college, and it is a great first job. I like my co-workers and they throw some fun parties for the employees. Great benefits and competitive, but not great, compensation.

Cons

As a service engineer I travel a lot ~70%. The travel can get to be a bit overburdening. There is not too much room for upward movement in the company, and they tend to promote engineers and sales members that are not always the best suited for management.

Pros

I enjoyed my time here. The employee benefits are very competitive and affordable. The dress code at the office is casual so you don’t have to wear dress pants everyday . There were monthly employee appreciation events as well as some nice events offsite such as the holiday party. My manager was able to guide me while also allowing me to have some autonomy in my position. I learned a lot during my time at Brainlab.

Cons

None for an employee who works predominantly in the office.
