Great to work with some of the brightest minds to deliver exciting products. Meaningful products that make genuine improvements to the delivery of healthcare. CEO/Founder passionate to push technology further and further.

Cons

Product robustness compromised in favour of 'funky' design. In some cases premature market release reflects lacking QC. Headstrong CEO/Founder micromanages team internationally. Outside of large office locations, there are limited career pathways internally.

Cons

not much mobility - people some stayed in this role for over 5+ years with no internal growth.. not much encouragement or acknowledgement from manager - only in situations where something was going wrong
