Pros

Very steep learning curve, good absolute salary level but mediocre to bad given the hours, intelligent, fun and young colleagues

Cons

Long hours and little to limited control of your own time, work and industry. Up or out mentality may feel hard

Pros

Great place to be, amazingly smart people and challenging projects. Provides excellent coaching and training. Career support is one of the best.

Cons

Work-life balance is probably slightly better than McK, but is still pretty bad. Slightly less staffing flexibility. Travel dept could be better.
