      Bad work life balance, despite some company policies aimed at improving this Smaller offices focused only in a few industries, which might be more limiting than bigger offices

Working there lets you get to know a lot of industries inside-out and meet people that work on top-positions. Many consultants use this to switch from Management Consulting to working for one of their former clients.

      Long hours, often repetitive and tedious work, stress, out-of-town cases demanding you spend 4 nights a week living in a hotel
