Pros
I've had phenomenal casework experience, the opportunity to make a real difference at organizations that needed the help. I manage incredibly talented teams and am constantly growing on the job.
Cons
Very demanding lifestyle, in hours work, in travel, in stress levels from the intensity and importance of the work. Casework experience has an element of luck in it - I've had almost unbelievable opportunities, but other people are far less excited about their cases.
