      - Great, bright, highly motivated colleagues - Good compensation package - Contacts at high level - Steep learning curve - Variety in topics on which you work is amazing - Contacts with counterparts at high level within their company

      - Steep learning curve - Work/life balance is well within expectations for a job in management consulting yet in the big scheme of things, it is not quite excellent

      Amazing opportunities for development -- both formal training and on-the-job learning. BCG does an amazing job pushing you to learn new things and address your areas for development. The work environment is extremely collaborative and supportive, and the compensation is good.

      Cons

      Travel can be grinding, and hours are often long. Interest level in cases varies depending on how you manage to be staffed.
