Pros

People working at the Booking are very friendly. One of keys to stay at the company will depends on who you are reporting to. Fun to work at the company with the Booking spirits and experience BAM.

Cons

Pay less than the competitors and the company has less focus on benefits. Senior management are very new and some of them has less experience and not matured. Not many managers have people management experiences when they become managers.
