Pros

Fast-paced development. Clear business focus. Much can be learned about software development. Good exposure to software and tools. Much freedom is given. A great team to work with, and they don't condemn you for mistakes. Management listens to feedback.

Cons

Have to work with a large, legacy codebase which is improving but more slowly than most would prefer. Software development work is not particularly challenging from a technical perspective. It is mandatory to move to Netherlands to join the IT team.
