Pros

Great people and atmosphere, really pleasant to come in the office to meet with your team member who can easily become lifetime friends. Very international.

Cons

Customer Service is becoming the cheap, filthy factory behind a well recognised luxury brand. Employees are more and more considered as numbers rather than individual with personalities and needs. Within CS again, office politics is the main point to work on to get career development, instead of focusing on achievement, facts and engagement towards the company. Benefits are slowly being cut down, targets and expectations are permanently being raised without giving the tools or the training to achieve them, and the compensation is WAY UNDER market.

Cons

Goals aren't always clear. A lot of experiments which makes it very flexible
