Pros
I really like working for Booking.com, what I enjoy the most are the people that I work with, they are very passionate about their role and how to be better and help the company. I also think there is a lot of transparency that comes from the leadership team in terms of objectives and the "why" behind it. I really like that we have a great work-life balance and lots of events where we can connect with other colleagues who are very open and friendly.
Cons
There are some differences in how things are handled between departments also in terms of internal communication, but in general we are very open to giving and receiving feedback so things are always improving.
