      Pros

      Having worked for Booking.com in two different countries, there are many pros of working here, including the following; - Autonomy - Flexibility - Diverse workforce / culture - Positive work environment - This wonderful office! - The travel perks / benefits / discounts!

      Cons

      - Frequent layoffs - Lack of public communication on topics such as Palestine/Israel listings, layoffs etc - this makes it very difficult to recruit. - ICIMS. This platform has made the work that I do so much more difficult than it needs to be. Poor decision to implement so early, should have extended Greenhouse by an additional year while ICIMS is perfected and issues are solved in the background.

      Pros

      I love my job at Booking.com in the talent team. I truly feel like everyone I work with is really talented and kind. You get so many resources to really innovate, try new things, and do exciting work, which is great for my personal development but also my motivation in my work. The office is beautiful, the perks are great, and I am really happy with my pay too. I feel so grateful to work here!

      Cons

      There is definitely a fast pace and a high rate of change, but that comes with working at a big company like Booking.com.
