Pros
Having worked for Booking.com in two different countries, there are many pros of working here, including the following; - Autonomy - Flexibility - Diverse workforce / culture - Positive work environment - This wonderful office! - The travel perks / benefits / discounts!
Cons
- Frequent layoffs - Lack of public communication on topics such as Palestine/Israel listings, layoffs etc - this makes it very difficult to recruit. - ICIMS. This platform has made the work that I do so much more difficult than it needs to be. Poor decision to implement so early, should have extended Greenhouse by an additional year while ICIMS is perfected and issues are solved in the background.
