Management has created an "ivory tower" dynamic where they appear disconnected from the day-to-day realities of their teams. Leadership often sits on a pedestal, making them unapproachable and resistant to feedback or new ideas. This creates not just an unwelcoming atmosphere but often a toxic one where good talent feels undervalued and eventually leaves.
