      Pros

      The teams are full of great people who enjoy their jobs and appreciate new ideas. 40 hr/wk was required, but could be accomplished in four days.

      Cons

      The co-op program only lasts one year, and I would have enjoyed working the company longer. It took a few weeks to receive an ID card, so productivity was limited for those weeks.

      Pros

      You will have access to great cars. Enjoy great job security. Work on some exiting products which will influence mobility in the future.

      Cons

      BMW is still not a very international company, most decisions are made in the headquarter. Like most large organisations, it tends to be quite bureaucratic.
