      11 hour days plus Saturdays and Sunday's!

      Pros

      Clean work environment, decent pay but not as much as other auto manufacturers. Benefits package is good but degrades more each year.

      Cons

      Very bad management who makes arbitrary process changes to impress Germany and then grinds employees into the ground to make up the numbers for their bad decisions. Work/life balance is non existent except for only one week per month. No sick days unless salaried. Management don't "lead by example"! They call overtime and then go home!
