Flexible working Great office space Varied projects Great people generally below Director level Some good benefits
Cons
Huge focus on utilisation and hours worked over outcomes. Directors and above could be difficult to work with. Toxic culture. Very cliquey. Hard to be recognised. Salary and benefits not market leading. Logic behind promotion, salary and bonus not clear, difficult to achieve and not great when achieved. Overtime not recognised nor renumerated. Support for skills and services outside the core traditional business was not great. Can feel very them and us.
