Company in very good and package is good as per degree , but why they will hire ITI and BA degree guys

Cons

Worst manager I have even seen in my life , she don't know how to handle the situation and team , she know only to shout , doesn't understand what the client want. Doesn't care about employees, all credit she will take , third class manager over all

Benefits, some great coworkers, decent ability to be promoted, gained good field and office skills

Cons

Incompetent management who treats employees as disposable, too much emphasis on billability, awful work/life balance, could have spent more effort providing better training for field staff, fake emphasis on protecting the environment, arrogant TKI staff who pretend to know what they're doing.
