      Good people Good clients A lot of opportunities as this is a growing company, with potential for world-wide relocation

      Not mature enough. The opportunities are vast within the company, but it is difficult to seek them. This can unfortunately impact on career progression. The salary is not as competitive as some of its peers.

      Great and smart co-workers with good skills.

      Cons

      Toxic, only interested in billability, no training, push staff into decreased hours with no intention to reinstating to full time regardless of how much a person may work beyond 40 hours per week - this is called getting used, frequently threatened with being furloughed or eliminated, treat staff with contempt, a sad culture of leadership worship, and absence of leadership which still continues to this day. The real clients are simply wall street, quarterly returns, and shareholders. This mob could be trying to sell anything,as long as they can wring a few bucks out of clients.
