      Pros

      Big company, great reputation in the industry. I attended a few interviews after leaving the company, every manager I met liked to hear that I come from Arcadis/ EC Harris.

      Cons

      The office politician could be a lot to take. Since the office has about 100 employee. there was training for juniors in the beginning, after a few sessions, then the training stopped.

      Pros

      Well established in Europe and has a good portfolio of projects.

      Cons

      Minimal marketing of the new brand, business structure all over the place. HR in the Middle East needs help as it does nothing for its employees, nor does it currently have a solid structure that is workable. There is a lot of "talk" but no results.
