      - Large market share of big infrastructure projects - Technical and commercial career paths available and encouraged - Great work culture - Flexible working - Active industry involvement throughout many disciplines - Good at collaborative working with other offices (worldwide) - Great remuneration scheme and staff benefits - Ideal city office location - Will facilitate moves to other offices/location wherever possible

      - Megaprojects can mean long hours and high pressure - Project management experience may take a little longer to get after graduating than at a lower tier consultants that generally undertakes smaller value jobs
