      Great potential, organisation spoilt by political hierarchy games

      Pros

      Large network of professionals Organised into smaller divisions and teams Location of offices easily accessible by public transport

      Cons

      Senior management spend 90% of time playing internal political games to maintain their positions or to step to next level Strategy of company constantly changing, seem to have no clue how to handle its large size You need to be well connected with the right people to have any chance of being promoted (not performance based)

      Definitely a good company. They value quality of life. With good benefits so far compared to my previous employer.

      No CONS as of the moment. It depends on the Line Manager / Department you are working with.

      Great work-life balance, good benefits, opportunity to rotate within the different departments of the company, supportive with training courses etc

      Cons

      you usually find yourself seconded to clients full time and you don’t have the opportunity to make bonding with colleagues from Arcadis. Quite difficult to get promoted and a pay rise since PDR not taking into account as an important thing
