supportive teams, opportunities for professional development, ability to move around the business, people focused company, always evolving to listen to its people, agile working, competitive benefits

Cons

not suited to people who are only money motivated - salaries are competitive but focus is on work/life balance, company culture and career opportunities/development due to the nature of consultancy work, some roles to include travel

I worked for a very similar sized organisation. I moved to Arcadis for an increased role but I thought the culture and environment was going to the be the same.. I was wrong ... it is even better. I wonder is it because of the history a few years ago of 2 companies merging but everyone seems to be very willing to share knowledge, information. There is a lot of guidance and support for continuous learning. I am 13 years in the industry but it is really positive to have training at a "senior" level and not just those at the earlier part of their careers.

Cons

I haven't found any yet... long may it continue!

Great environment, lovely and approachable colleagues. Excellent support from my partners in UK and Manila. A lots of plans and goals within the organization that I will definitely to look forward to have better career.

Cons
