      Pros

      Fantastic people - very friendly, motivated, caring and ambitious colleagues. I was made to feel welcome and a valued part of the team from day one. Great opportunities for progression and these are well highlighted and documented. Flexibility to work in different geographical locations and from home - great work life balance and no pressure to work additional hours. Fantastic benefits including free private medical insurance to all staff and a great pension.

      Cons

      There is still some legacy overspill of how siloed certain teams are. Some areas are fairly complex to understand what they actually do.

      Concern for emolyees welfare. Fruit day and taxis to Guildford town centre are appreciated by all staff. Professional management.

      Cons

      Cannot think of any! Maybe more IT support - Guildford rarely has anyone in the office to provide support.
